These Terms should be read alongside our separately published Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, each of which governs the respective area in detail and forms part of the overall agreement between you and Khurana's.

Authenticity and No Counterfeit Commitment

If you believe a product you received is not authentic as described, please contact our Grievance Officer immediately (see Clause 20).

Similarly, you must not attempt to resell, misrepresent or pass off Khurana's products as products of another brand or designer. Any such conduct may result in legal action under applicable Indian law.

Pricing and Taxes

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, including GST, are either included in the displayed price or will be clearly shown at checkout, in accordance with applicable Indian tax law.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure pricing accuracy. In the event of a genuine pricing error (whether typographical, technical or otherwise):

We reserve the right to correct the error and notify you of the correct price before your order is dispatched.
If you do not wish to proceed at the corrected price, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund through the original payment method.

We are not obligated to honour orders placed at a manifestly incorrect price.

Prices may be revised at any time without prior notice. Promotions, discounts and sale prices are time-limited and subject to availability.

Promotions, Discount Codes and Offers

From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts, coupon codes or special offers. The following conditions apply:

Discount codes are single-use unless stated otherwise and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
Codes are non-transferable, have no cash value and may not be resold.

A binding contract between you and Khurana's is formed only when your order has been confirmed, processed and dispatched by us.

We reserve the right to refuse, hold or cancel any order before dispatch for legitimate reasons, including:

A product being out of stock or unavailable;
A pricing or technical error on the Website;
Failure to obtain payment authorisation;
Suspected fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity;
Any failure to meet eligibility requirements set out in these Terms;
Restrictions under applicable law or export/regulatory controls.

If we cancel your order after payment has been received, we will process a full refund through the original payment method within the timeframe set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Payments

Payments on the Website are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout, which may include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, digital wallets and EMI options (where available).

By making a payment, you:

Confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided;

Authorise us to charge the total order amount (including applicable taxes and shipping) to that payment method;

Khurana's does not store, access or retain your full card or banking credentials on its servers. All sensitive payment data is handled exclusively by the payment gateway.

If a payment is declined, reversed, charged back or disputed after an order has been dispatched, we reserve the right to: (a) recover the outstanding amount through lawful means; (b) suspend your account pending resolution; and (c) take appropriate legal steps where necessary.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation of orders is governed by our Refund & Return Policy. As a general principle:

Cancellation requests submitted before an order has been packed for dispatch may be accepted, subject to confirmation.
Cancellation requests received after an order has been packed or dispatched may not be accepted as the fulfilment process will already be underway.

Shipping and Delivery

Detailed terms governing shipping timelines, charges, delivery zones and tracking are set out in our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept those terms.

Delivery timelines are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, natural events or other factors beyond our control.
Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to our courier partner, the shipment is in the care of the courier. However, if your order is lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Khurana's is not liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

User-Generated Content and Reviews

The Website may permit you to submit product reviews, ratings, comments or other content (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you:

Confirm that it is accurate, genuine and based on your own experience.
Grant Khurana's a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce and edit that content on the Website and our marketing channels.
Agree not to post content that is false, defamatory, offensive, infringing of third-party rights, or in violation of any applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion without notice. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of User Content submitted by other users.

If you have a complaint or concern regarding any product, order, or our conduct, you may contact our customer support team in the first instance at contact@khuranashyderabad.com. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 48 hours, you may escalate it to the Grievance Officer.

The Grievance Officer will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable law.

If your complaint remains unresolved, you may also approach:

The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or the relevant State/ District Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019; or
The e-Daakhil portal (https://edaakhil.nic.in) for filing consumer complaints online.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to a specific order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that order.

Force Majeure

Khurana's shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performing its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, fire, epidemic, pandemic, war, civil unrest, terrorism, government actions or restrictions, labour disputes or strikes, internet outages, power failures or disruptions to courier or logistics networks.

In such events, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable, and we will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption to your order. Affected orders may be rescheduled, cancelled or refunded at our discretion.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure or delay in exercising any right or enforcing any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any breach does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy (each published separately on the Website), constitute the entire agreement between you and Khurana's with respect to your use of the Website and the purchase of products, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations or warranties (whether written or oral) on the same subject matter.
