 Our collections feature cotton, linen, dobby, jacquard, and blended fabrics, ensuring both comfort and elegance.

Q. How do I choose the right size?

Each product comes with a detailed size chart. Please refer to it before placing your order.

Q. Are your Pathanis and Kurta Pyjamas true to size?

Yes, our garments follow standard sizing. Minor variations may occur depending on fabric type and cut.

Q. Do you offer alterations or custom stitching?

 No. Currently, we provide products only in standard sizes.

Q. How should I care for my garment?

We recommend dry cleaning for all Pathanis and Kurta Pyjamas. For cotton and linen styles, gentle hand wash may be possible—please follow the care label instructions.

Q. Will the product look exactly like the pictures?

 We ensure accurate photography. However, slight color variations may occur due to screen display or lighting.

2. Ordering & Payments

Yes. Creating an account allows you to track orders, view past purchases, and receive order updates.

Q. What payment methods are available?

We accept secure online payments. COD is available only within India.

Q. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

  • Orders cannot be modified once confirmed.
  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders already processed cannot be canceled.

 Yes. For bulk orders, please contact our customer support team.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Q. What are the shipping charges?

  • Within India: Free shipping.
  • International: Charges vary by country. Customs duties and taxes are borne by the customer.

Q. How long will delivery take?

  • India: 7–10 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
  • International: 7–10 working days (delays may occur due to customs).

Q. Will I get tracking details?

Yes, tracking information will be shared via email and WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

Q. Can I ship one order to multiple addresses?

 No. Each order can be shipped to only one address. For multiple addresses, place separate orders.

Q. How many delivery attempts are made?

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times, after which the order may be canceled.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Q. Do you accept returns?

Refunds are not provided. Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or different from its description.

Q. Can I exchange my item?

Yes, exchanges are allowed in case of sizing issues, within 48 hours of delivery. Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition with tags.
  • Products that are part of a set cannot be returned separately.
  • Each product can be exchanged only once per order.

Q. Can I exchange for a product of different value?

  • For higher value items, you pay the difference.
  • For lower value items, the difference is refunded after the original product reaches our warehouse.

Q. Are COD and shipping charges refundable?

No. COD and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Yes. We deliver worldwide through registered courier companies.

Q. Is COD available internationally?

No. Only prepaid orders are accepted for international shipping.
