Return and Exchange Policy
Products purchased from khuranashyderabad.com will not be returned or refunded. Exchanges are possible only in case of sizing issues.
Please note that exchanges or refunds will NOT be made unless the product is defective or differs from its description.
Our returns and exchange policy provides an option to return or exchange items purchased from our site within 48 hours of delivery. For any defect or discrepancy from the description, we will accept the return. In case of exchange or return, we request that the product remains unused and is preserved in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Conditions for Return or Exchange:
1. Products to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact and free from defects.
2. Products forming part of a set/pack cannot be returned separately.
3. A product can be exchanged only once per order. The same product cannot be exchanged multiple times.
4. If you choose to exchange an item purchased from our site within the specified period for the same or a different size of the same style, a replacement will be provided.
5. If you choose to exchange an item for another item of the same or different value:
○ For items of higher value, the difference in amount will be charged to you.
○ For items of lower value, the difference will be refunded to you after the original item is successfully picked up and returned to our warehouse.

 

Additional Notes:
● Exchanges or refunds will only be processed after 48 hours of the exchanged/returned product being delivered to our warehouse.
● We will not be liable for products returned by mistake. In such cases, we are not accountable for the misplacement or replacement of the product and will not be responsible for delivering it back to the customer.
● If a product was purchased with a free gift/offer, the free product must also be returned if the main item is being returned.
● We reserve the right to restrict exchanges if a customer breaches or misuses this policy.
Non-Refundable Charges:
● Cash on Delivery (COD) charges and shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.
