Shipping policy

Delivery & Shipping Within India
We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India. Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and WhatsApp.

While we strive to deliver products to users within the timeline provided during order acceptance, we do not guarantee delivery within this timeline.
For pre-orders, event-specific items, and promotion-related merchandise, delivery timelines may vary.

If a customer purchases multiple products in one order, we aim to deliver them together. However, this may not always be possible due to stock availability with relevant designers and brands.

In the case of multiple products and services booked in a single transaction, efforts will be made to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible. Additionally, we process only one shipping address per order. If an order includes items to be shipped to different addresses, each address will be treated as a separate order.

We do not ship to Post Office Box addresses and are not responsible for non-delivery of orders if they are sent to a P.O. Box and not received by the customer.
Orders once confirmed cannot be edited, modified, or changed. However, we accept requests for address changes made within 8 working hours of placing the order or from order confirmation. For such requests or related concerns, please contact us at contact@khuranashyderabad.com.

If you are unavailable on certain dates, you must indicate the same and any preferences via email or phone to our customer experience team to ensure smooth product delivery.
Once out for delivery, the courier will attempt delivery a maximum of three (3) times, after which the order may be subject to cancellation.
COD is available within India. There are no shipping charges for deliveries within India.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Please Note: Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not considered working days for standard deliveries.

 

Delivery Outside of India
We ship through registered courier companies for international orders. For international deliveries, porch or door delivery without a signature may be done, in line with international shipping standards.
Delivery timelines for international orders will be communicated after confirmation from the courier agency. Typically, international orders are delivered within 7-10 working days, though unexpected delays may occur.

 

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for international shipping.
Delivery charges, customs duties, and any additional taxes levied by the destination country must be borne by the customer and paid before the products are dispatched from our warehouse. If you face any issues with customs or charges, our team will be happy to assist you.
We do not permit returns or exchanges for international orders. However, in the case of a defective product being delivered, please contact our customer care team at contact@khuranashyderabad.com with your concerns.
